Carnitor Solution is an amino acid derivative. It works by replacing levocarnitine in the body when your body does not produce enough.

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur:Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); confusion; increased thirst or urination; seizures; severe muscle weakness; severe or continued nausea or vomiting; tingling or numbness of the skin; unusual tiredness.
